7 ways AAA is still here for you

At AAA, we’re always with you.

All AAA branches are currently closed to the public for the safety of our members and employees, but we are still providing member service over the phone and online. To help you keep up with the most convenient ways to reach us, we’ve made a list of all the ways AAA is still there for you.

1. Roadside Assistance & battery service

If you run into any unexpected hassle on the road, our service providers are still ready to help you out. Whether you need a jump, a tow, or even a new battery, we can help make the process quick and stress-free.1 Our drivers are taking extra precautions to disinfect vehicles and keep you safe. You can call, request service online, or use the Auto Club App.

Medical personnel & front-line first responders

AAA is providing free Roadside Assistance to medical personnel and front-line first responders. The program will help these critical workers if they have a vehicle breakdown, battery problem, or flat tire. Medical personnel and first responders who need a service during this crisis can call 1-800-400-4222.

2. Manage your account

If you need to make a payment, adjust an insurance policy, or update your information, we can assist you over the phone or online. For online service, all you need is an account at AAA.com. Don't have an account? Set one up in seconds. From there, you can manage almost anything you need from your keyboard or mobile device.

With many automobiles being driven a lot less than usual, some maintenance needs may come up. As always, you can count on AAA to recommend trusted, high-quality facilities near you with our Approved Auto Repair program. Most facilities are still open for drop-off service; be sure to call ahead to confirm hours.
