How can I access my account online?
You can always manage your AAA credit card account online. Review transactions, download statements, and pay your credit card bills online through a secure website.
What if my card is lost or stolen?
To report your lost or stolen card, call 1-800-807-3068 any time. A specialist will investigate charges to your account and determine if fraudulent activity has occurred. Your AAA credit card provides you with zero liability for fraudulent transactions. Your account will be immediately closed, any outstanding balance will be transferred to a newly opened account, and your new cards will be mailed to you in a few days.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay your bill by mail, online, or by calling 1-888-339-6262. Payments are processed daily Monday–Saturday and posted within 24 hours of receipt. If the due date is a Sunday or holiday, please make your payment prior to the due date to avoid late fees and interest charges. When paying by mail, allow up to 7 business days for your payment to be received and posted to your account.
Can I set up automatic payments for my recurring bills?
Yes. All of your recurring bills can be automatically charged to your AAA credit card. Simply contact each creditor to set up automatic payments.
Can I pay my AAA membership dues automatically?
Yes. It is easy to set up your membership to be renewed on your AAA credit card. Log in to your account, select "Manage My Membership," and then "Automatic Renewal."
How long will it take for a merchant refund to post to my account?
You should allow 30 days from the date the company receives a return for the credit to be applied to your account. Many purchase agreements specifically exclude shipping and handling on returns, so you may find that your refund does not include shipping and handling. If you have questions, you should immediately contact the company from which you made the purchase.
How do I dispute a charge to my account?
You may raise a dispute about charges to your AAA credit card online, by mail, or via phone.

How do I redeem my AAA Member Rewards Visa® points?
AAA Member Rewards Visa credit card customers are automatically enrolled in the Member Rewards card program at no additional cost. Each cardholder, joint cardholder, and authorized user(s), if any, may earn and use AAA Member Rewards points to obtain cash back, statement credits, and AAA travel vouchers. Other options are available online.
Does my card offer common carrier travel accident coverage?
When you charge your entire travel package for either foreign or domestic travel to your AAA Member Rewards Visa Signature credit card, you automatically receive up to $500,000 in common carrier travel accident coverage.
How can I save money when I rent a car using my card?
If your current card displays the Visa Signature logo, and you charge your entire car rental to your AAA credit card, decline the collision damage waiver coverage offered by the rental company and receive supplemental collision damage coverage up to the actual cash value of most rental vehicles when certain terms and conditions are met.
Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver Program ("Auto Rental CDW Program") provides—at no additional charge—coverage on a 24-hour basis for damage due to collision or theft up to the actual cash value of most rental vehicles when certain terms and conditions are met. In your country of residence, this coverage is supplemental to, and in excess of, any valid and collectible insurance from any other source.
What is the chip I see on my card?
All AAA credit cards come standard with a built-in microchip as well as a traditional magnetic stripe. The chip encrypts information to increase data security when making in-person transactions at a chip-enabled terminal. Chip-enabled cards also provide expanded purchase options and convenience for Americans traveling internationally. AAA credit cards still include a magnetic stripe, so they can be used at all U.S. merchants whether or not they accept chip transactions yet.
Who issues and administers AAA credit cards?
AAA credit cards are issued and administered by Bank of America, N.A. Any questions or comments are handled by calling Bank of America® customer service at 1-800-807-3068, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. AAA does not have access to the account and cannot see any specifics related to the account.
