What if I forget my username or password?
Reset your password by submitting your username and ZIP Code. To retrieve your username, we’ll ask for your membership number.
Do you offer insurance discounts?
Our insurance policyholders may qualify for driver, homeowner, multi-policy, and other discounts. See our insurance discounts. Discounts vary based on where you live.
How can I submit a claim?
Call us any time at 1-800-672-5246 to report a claim, and we’ll help guide you through the process. If you already have a claim, log in to your account to track and access information about your claim. Learn more about the claims process.
How can I get a copy of my financial responsibility card (proof of insurance)?
Download the Auto Club App or log in to your account and select “Print Proof of Insurance.” This document is in a PDF Format; you can download Adobe® Acrobat® Reader for free.
How do I submit my insurance questionnaire to qualify for the Verified Mileage Discount?
You can submit your questionnaire online. If you have related issues or questions, please call our member services. The Verified Mileage Discount is only available in select areas.
How do I make a change to my policy?
To make changes to your auto policy or other AAA insurance policies, please contact your AAA branch or our member services.
How do I make an online payment?
You can pay your insurance bill without logging in or by logging in to your account. The option to pay will not show if your policy is paid in full. You can also pay through our mobile app.
When will my payment post to my policy?
Your 1-time payment will be made through a secure electronic funds transfer and will be automatically deducted from your bank account as early as the next business day. It normally takes 2–3 business days for your payment to process and post to your policy.
Can I schedule an online payment to process on a future date?
Yes, you can schedule online payments to process up to your insurance installment due date or renewal due date. Insurance payment scheduling is available when a payment is due, up to the day prior to the due date.
What if I need to cancel a scheduled payment?
Log in to your account and select "Cancel" for the pending transaction. You must cancel any previously scheduled payment before scheduling a new payment.
What happens if I have a late or missing payment?
If you have a late or missing payment, your insurance policy may be cancelled. Make sure the minimum amount due is paid on time to avoid late payments or policy cancellation.
Can I store payment account information for future use?
Yes, you can save your information when submitting a payment to use it for future 1-time payments. You can also add, edit, and remove payment information in your account by selecting "Manage Payment Accounts."
Note that updating stored payment information will not update your automatic payments. To update your automatic payments for insurance, please contact our member services.
My payment is due, but I can’t complete the transaction online. What should I do?
You may not be able to pay because of your policy status or technical difficulties. Please contact your AAA branch or our member services.
Can I combine all payments due on multiple policies into 1 payment?
Unfortunately, no. We require separate payments per policy.
How do I sign up for automatic payments for my policy?
You can sign up for automatic payments by logging in to your account.
- If you don’t have a payment due, select “Sign Up for Automatic Payments” on the Manage My Account page to be directed to the enrollment page.
- If you have a payment due, select “Pay Bill and Sign Up for Automatic Payments” on the Manage My Account page to be directed to the enrollment page.
You may also contact your AAA branch or call our member services to enroll. Automatic payments begin with the first payment billed after the enrollment is received and processed.
How do I change my payment due date once I sign up for automatic payments?
Contact your AAA branch or our member services to discuss options for your payment due date.
How do I cancel my automatic payment enrollment?
You may revoke your enrollment by signing, dating, and mailing a written request to: Interinsurance Exchange of the Automobile Club, P.O. Box 25006, Santa Ana, CA 92799-5006. A revocation form is available but not required.
How do I cancel my insurance policy?
You can cancel your insurance policy by visiting a AAA branch or calling our member services. We’re sorry to see you go, but we’ll be ready to provide you with legendary service if you change your mind.
